• June 2012 - Alduco Engineering Services honoured with National Company of the Year 2012 Award in Equatorial Guinea
During the same week that key stakeholders in the global oil and gas industry convened in Malabo, Equatorial Guinea for the 15th Gulf of Guinea Oil & Gas Conference, from the 19th to the 21st of June, Alduco Engineering Services was honoured with the prestigious award of National Company of the Year. The award was bestowed upon the company by the international energy publication The Oil & Gas Year at a ceremony to launch the Equatorial Guinea 2012 edition of the book.
The annual awards are used as a platform to recognize the industry’s finest, and The Oil & Gas Year Equatorial Guinea 2012 award was given to recognize the contributions amongst outstanding industry players who have not only contributed to the growth of the oil and gas industry in Equatorial Guinea but have also helped to make the country a key player in the oil and gas industry globally.
The Oil & Gas Year Equatorial Guinea 2012 awards recognized the best of the best including individuals, international and national companies, significant projects and notable deals that were executed. The award of National Company of the Year, was presented to Alfredo Jones, Managing Director of Alduco Engineering Services, by His Excellency Gabriel Mbaga Obiang Lima, the Minister of Mines, Industry and Energy. In his speech during the awards ceremony, the Minister described Alduco as the kind of local company that he believes represents the future of the oil and gas industry based on its ability to add value to the oil companies and to the country.
